Esplanade boasts a significant wine list, designed for the most refined palates and for lovers of bubbles. Suffice to say that our selection includes Italian, English and French products, with over 200 Champagne labels. Our aim is to find the perfect combinations of food and wine. This requires careful selection and passionate research by the chef.

We have a vast selection of fine vines, making each sip a discovery of flavours and aromas, a gift of fertile soils and favourable climates.
Our wines are able to delight the most elegant evenings, creating romantic atmospheres. An example of excellence is the Lagrein Riserva Praepositus, a red wine with an intense ruby colour and pleasant aroma. The land of Adige is rich in oenological treasures which tell the story of our region, its people and its traditions. The flavour of this wine—austere and full-bodied—is well matched by the characteristic aroma with nuances of fruit, vanilla and violets. Recommended pairings include lamb, roast goat, game and mature cheeses.
From the same Alto Adige region we offer the complex, intense and pleasant Carbenet Sanct Valentin. The nose offers distinct hints of dark fruit, with notes of mint and cocoa. The taste is satisfying, delicate and with fine tannins. Among the darker, finely structured wines, the Toren Cabernet Sauvignon Riserva impresses with spicy tobacco aromas which soon give way to fruity nuances of blackcurrants and cranberries. With its fresh, decisive acidity, enhanced by ripe, soft tannins, it expresses its intensity on the palate, lingering long in the aftertaste.
